The Hugh Boyd Assistive Tech Club follows all the guidelines from the Creative Commons. This means that we must follow these guidelines:

1. We must give credit to the original creators of the files

2. We do not receive any money for the items that we print.

3. We must share any edits that we make with the same “Creative Commons” license

4. No additional restrictions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Our website offers information about assistive devices, educational resources, and a device order form for community members to request products. All devices are designed by members of the Assistive Tech Club as part of our educational mission and are intended for non-commercial, personal use.

3. Device Orders

• Customization & Limitations: Device designs are standardized, with limited customization options. Customizations are subject to approval based on feasibility and resource availability.

• Use of Devices: Devices are provided for personal use only, not for resale or commercial use.

• Warranty Disclaimer: Devices are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or durability.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for providing accurate information on the order form, including measurements and intended usage details.

• Users agree to use the devices safely and responsibly and acknowledge that the devices are educational prototypes, not professionally manufactured medical devices.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Assistive Tech Club and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of devices obtained through our site. Users assume all risk related to the use of these devices.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information submitted through our order form will be used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your information with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

The Assistive Tech Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
